    I apologize everyone for the delay. The Secretary's health and subsequent resignation has put this project on a bit of a hold. We are still working out the details, but we hope to have a winner announced in about 2 weeks.

    We will email everyone who follows this challenge when we have a winner, so you don't need to return each day.
