JOIN US for a Data webinar - Learn more about Census Geospatial data

On Thursday, we'll host a webinar (http://docbusinessapps.challenge.gov/forum_topics/752) for anyone developing an app that will access demographic and/or economic data as well as anyone developing applications that will have a mapping component. Geography provides a critical entry point to statistical data. All demographic and economic data are tabulated and presented for a variety of geographic areas.

Please join Michael Ratcliffe, Assistant Division Chief for Geocartographic Products and Criteria, in the Geography Division, Census Bureau, who will provide an overview of census geography, with a particular focus on geographic area commonalities and differences between demographic and economic datasets, as well as geospatial data for use in presenting statistical data in mapping applications.
